1. Three servo axes, Mitsubishi Q series control system (Siemens CNC for option)

1. Axes Y for regulating wheel slide servo feed, min. feed 0.001mm.
2. Axis X for GW dresser servo feed, min. feed 0.001mm.
3. Axis Z for GW dresser auto reciprocating.
4. With axis X and axis Z, user can get any GW profile.

2.1.  Machine body  
Casting, natural aging and heat treatment for reasonable deformation and better durability.
2.2. GW and RW.
GW and RW are cantilever type ,easier for wheel changing.
GW fixed on the machine bed, with better reliability and stability.
 Adopts multi-pieces bush-bearings for the wheel spindle, better rigidity for grinding durability. 
2.3. Feeding
The cross shaped roller guideway & ball screw equipped servo motor supports the regulating wheel feeding.
Servo motor drives ball-screw through shaft coupling, min. feed amount 0.001mm.
2.4. Dressing for GW and RW
GW dresser: Servo motors drive ball-screws for GW dresser feeding and reciprocating.
RW dresser: Hydraulic cylinder for reciprocating motion, hand wheel for diamond feed.

Converter for RW motor, step-less speed adjusting. Separated electric cabinet with
Operation panel with dials and touch screen, grinding, dressing,feeding, etc. Adjustable.
Mitsubishi PLC control system, Siemens for optional.
