1.2 GW and RW (Regulating Wheel)
GW: Featuring a robust double support structure, this hydrodynamic bearing design for the spindle guarantees exceptional grinding rigidity, elevating performance standards.
RW spindle: Double row cylindrical roller bearing structure, offering unparalleled rotation accuracy,ensuring superior precision and consistency across operations.
RW double supported structure, spindle lubricated with long-lasting grease, requiring only a single filling for extended life, eliminating the need for oil replenishment
RW: gear box for RW spindle transmission, enhancing reliability and performance seamlessly.
1.3 Feeding
The machine boasts a double-sided moving layout with the work rest securely fixed on the bed, ensuring stability during operations.
The feed guide rail of RW frame and GW frame features a flat V-shaped plastered guide rail, offering smooth and precise movement.
The RW frame and GW frame are driven by a servo motor with a ball screw, enabling a minimum feed as precise as 0.001mm for optimal control.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW (6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Equipped with a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail, the GW dresser ensures seamless motion.
A servo motor drives the ball screw for feeding and reciprocating, delivering a minimum feed precision of 0.001mm.
RW dresser:
Fitted with a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail,the servo motor drives the ball screw for precise feeding and reciprocation,
ensuring a minimum feed accuracy of 0.001mm.
1.5 Cooling
Features a cooling tank with a magnetic coolant separator and a paper tape filter, ensuring optimal cooling conditions.
1.6 Electric
The operating system employs the advanced Q series PLC system from Mitsubishi, offering unparalleled control and precision.

1.7 Special Configuration
