Three servo axis, Mitsubishi Q/R series control system (Siemens CNC for option)
a.Axis Y for regulating wheel frame servo feed, min. feeding 0.001mm.
b.Axis X for feeding of grinding wheel dresser.
c.Axis Z for reciprocating of grinding wheel dresser.
1.1Machine Body
Casting, natural aging and artificial heat treatment for reasonable deformation and better durability.
1.2 GW and RW(Regulating wheel)
GW is 600mm in diameter, 200mm wheel width for larger grinding amount.
Five pieces bush-bearings for each side on the GW spindle, better rigidity for fine heavy grinding
1.3 Feeding
Main feeding adopts servo motor to drive the ball screw mechanism
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW
GW dressing: servo motor drives ball screw, which can trim any step without copying plate
RW dressing:The reciprocating mode of RW dresser is driven by electric ball screw, stepless speed regulation, the dresser has good low-speed moving performance, and can complete the automatic dressing program
1.5.Cooling
Cooling tank with magnetic coolant separator and paper tape filter(for optional)
1.6.Electric
Converter for RW motor, step-less speed adjusting.
Operation panel with dials and touch screen for grinding, dressing,feding, etc. Adjusting.
