1.2 GW and RW (Regulating Wheel)
GW: Features a robust double support structure with a hydrodynamic bearing design for the spindle, providing exceptional grinding rigidity.
RW spindle: Double row cylindrical roller bearing design, ensuring superior rotational accuracy.y
RW with a double-supported structure,spindle lubricated using high-quality grease, requiring only a one-time filling for extended service life without the need for additional oil.
RW: Utilizes a gear box for RW spindle transmission, enhancing overall reliability.
1.3 Feeding
The machine features a double-sided moving layout, with the work rest securely fixed on the bed.
The feed guide rails of the RW and GW frames are crafted with precision using flat V-shaped plastered guide rails.
The RW and GW frames are driven by a high-performance servo motor paired with a ball screw, offering a precise minimum feed of 0.001mm.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW (6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Incorporates a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail of the GW dresser,
with a servo motor that drives a ball screw for meticulous feeding and reciprocating, achieving a minimum feed accuracy of 0.001mm.
RW dresser:
Equipped with a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail of the RW dresser,and driven by a servo motor that operates a ball screw for accurate feeding and reciprocating,
ensuring a minimum feed precision of 0.001mm.
1.5 Cooling
The cooling system includes a tank with a magnetic coolant separator and a paper tape filter for optimal performance.
1.6 Electric
The operating system is equipped with the advanced Q series PLC system from Mitsubishi,
allowing users to tailor configurations and purchases according to their specific needs.
1.7 Special Configuration
Features include a loading and unloading mechanism, a cantilever-type lifting device for the grinding and regulating wheel, and an SBS dynamic balancing system for GW.
