1.1 Machine Body
Casting, natural aging and artificial heat treatment are employed for achieving optimal deformation control and superior durability.
1.2 GW and RW (Regulating wheel)
GW: Engineered with a robust double support structure, the hydrodynamic bearing design of the spindle ensures high grinding rigidity.
RW spindle: Double row cylindrical roller bearing structure, delivering remarkable rotational accuracy.y
RW double supported structure, spindle lubricated with grease for a lifetime of service without the need for additional oil.
RW: gear box for RW spindle transmission, enhancing reliability and performance.
1.3 Feeding
The machine features a double-sided moving layout, with the work rest securely fixed on the bed.
The feed guide rail of the RW and GW frames uses a flat V-shaped plastered guide rail for precision.
The RW and GW frames are driven by a servo motor with a ball screw, allowing a minimum feed of 0.001 mm.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW (6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Equipped with a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail of the GW dresser.
A servo motor drives the ball screw for feeding and reciprocating movements, achieving a minimum feed of 0.001mm.
RW dresser:
Incorporates a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail of the RW dresser.Driven by a servo motor that controls the ball screw for feeding and reciprocating actions.
Ensures a precise minimum feed of 0.001mm.
1.5. Cooling
The cooling tank includes a magnetic coolant separator and a paper tape filter for effective filtration.
1.6. Electric
The operating system utilizes the advanced Q series PLC system from Mitsubishi.
Users have the flexibility to configure and purchase based on their specific requirements.
1.7. Special Configuration
Includes loading and unloading mechanisms, a cantilever type lifting device for precision handling of grinding and regulating wheels, and an SBS dynamic balancing system for GW.
