1.3 Feeding
The machine features a double-sided moving layout with a work rest fixed on the bed for stability.
The feed guide rail for RW and GW frames is equipped with a flat V-shaped plastered guide rail for accuracy.
Driven by servo motors and ball screws, the RW and GW frames offer a minimum feed of 0.001mm, ensuring precise control.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW (6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Incorporates a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail, enhancing movement precision.
