1.1Machine Body
Casting, natural aging and artificial heat treatment for reasonable deformation and better durability.
1.2 GW and RW(Regulating wheel)
The grinding wheel designed in cantilever type,its spindle adopts rolling bearing spindle structure.
Double feeding movement, work-rest fixed onto the machine body, easy for auto loading and unloading adjustment
Regulating wheel adopted double supported structure, its main shaft adopts double row cylindrical roller bearing structure, which has high rotation accuracy.
1.3 Feeding
Grinding wheel and regulating wheel frame adopts servo motor directly connected ball screw, and the feed guide adopts high rigidity double V-type needle roller guide. The minimum feed is 0.001mm
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW(6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Linear guide for reciprocating guide rail of GW dresser
Servo motor drives ball screw for feeding and reciprocating, minimum feed is 0.001mm
RW dresser:
Linear guide for reciprocating guide rail of RW dresser,hand wheel for dresser feeding,gear motor for reciprocating.
1.5.Cooling
Cooling tank with magnetic coolant separator and paper tape filter
1.6.Electric
The operating system adopts Q series PLC system of Mitsubishi
