1.2 GW and RW (Regulating Wheel)
GW: Features a robust double support structure with a hydrodynamic bearing spindle design, offering exceptional grinding rigidity.
RW spindle: Double row cylindrical roller bearing configuration, offering impeccable rotation accuracyy
RW boasts a double supported structure, with the spindle lubricated by grease for a long-lasting, one-time fill operation, completely eliminating the need for additional oil.
RW: Equipped with a gearbox for RW spindle transmission, ensuring enhanced reliability and performance.
1.3 Feeding
The machine features a double-sided moving layout with the work rest securely fixed onto the bed, ensuring stability and precision.
Both the RW frame and GW frame incorporate a flat V-shaped plastered guide rail for seamless movement.
Driven by a servo motor and ball screw, the RW and GW frames offer a remarkable minimum feed precision of 0.001mm.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW (6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Features a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail, providing smooth and precise movements.
A servo motor drives the ball screw for both feeding and reciprocation, ensuring a fine feed of 0.001mm.
RW dresser:
Incorporates a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail, offering stability and accuracy in operations.Driven by a servo motor, the ball screw provides efficient feeding and reciprocation.
Achieves a minimum feed precision of 0.001mm, ensuring outstanding performance.
1.5. Cooling
Features a cooling tank equipped with a magnetic coolant separator and paper tape filter for optimal temperature regulation and filtration.
1.6. Electric

1.7. Special Configuration
