1.2 GW and RW (Regulating wheel)
GW: Featuring a robust double support architecture, the spindle boasts a hydrodynamic bearing design, delivering exceptional grinding rigidity.
RW spindle: Double row cylindrical roller bearing configuration, ensuring high precision rotation accuracy
RW's innovative double supported structure, with a grease-lubricated spindle, offers a one-time fill for an extended lifespan, eliminating the need for frequent oiling.
RW: features a gear box for spindle transmission, enhancing reliability and performance.
1.3 Feeding
The machine showcases a double-sided moving layout, where the work rest is securely mounted on the bed.
The feed guide rail of both RW and GW frames employ a flat V-shaped plastered guide rail for precision.
Both the RW and GW frames are driven by a servo motor with ball screws, enabling a minimum feed precision of 0.001m.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW (6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Equipped with a linear guide, the GW dresser ensures smooth reciprocating motion.
A servo motor powers the ball screw, delivering precise feeding and reciprocating actions, with a minimal feed of 0.001mm.
RW dresser:
Incorporates a linear guide for its reciprocating guide rail,with a servo motor driving the ball screw for both feeding and reciprocating,
achieving a minimum feed of 0.001mm.
1.5. Cooling
The cooling system includes a state-of-the-art tank with a magnetic coolant separator and an efficient paper tape filter for optimal performance.
1.6. Electric
The intelligent operating system incorporates Mitsubishi's cutting-edge Q series PLC system.

1.7. Special Configuration
Features include a loading and unloading mechanism, a cantilever-type lifting device for both grinding and regulating wheels, and an advanced SBS dynamic balancing system for GW.
