       CNC Cylindrical grinder model  MK1332 / 500 which developed  by Phisong CNC, mainly for grinding outer rings, cam shaft and other different parts, with high efficiency and high accuracy, simple operation and other characteristics.The model has a high cost-performance ratio. One operator can handle multi-sets of machines.The machine adopts Huazhong brand CNC system to facilitate the secondary development and adopts CNC grinding software with independent intellectual property rights for the machine. CNC system drives the worktable and grinding frame for transverse and longitudinal movement for machining the workpiece.The wheel frame is equipped with heavy-duty cross roller guide rail and high precision ball screw to ensure the stability and the machining accuracy.Adopted flat-V shaped guide rail.The CNC system, can effectively eliminate the oil gap and the gap occurred after mechanical wearing, and ensure the repeated positioning accuracy.Automatic compensation after two-axis jointly wheel auto-dressing .It is suitable for large and medium mass production in mechanical processing industry,automobile and motorcycle industry, processing the outer cylinder, cone surface and other ordinary parts.

2,Structure :
A. The machine bed is high quality cast iron HT250. The cast surface is smooth and with high rigidity.
B. X-axis rail adopts heavy-duty cross roller steel rail with smooth movement and flexible and accurate trace feed, so as to improve the grinding performance.
C. The grinding wheel spindle system adopts dynamic pressure three-bush bearings spindle system, with an extremely high rigidity.
D. The grinding wheel frame movement is driven by the AC servo motor, The high-precision ball screw and bearings are used to ensure the feed accuracy.
E. According to the workpiece of the customer, the machine can be equipped with an diameter gauge meter and an end-face tooling equipment to ensure the processing quality of the products accuracy.
F. The machine adopts semi-closed coverage, and the cover color is reasonably matched in white and gray, beautiful and generous.The internal movement parts of the machine tool are also effectively protected from grinding fluid and grinding particles.The front sliding safety door is manually opened and leaves enough space.
