1.2 GW and RW (Regulating Wheel)
GW: Features a robust double support structure, complemented by a hydrodynamic bearing design that imparts exceptional rigidity to the spindle, enhancing the grinding performance.
RW spindle: Double row cylindrical roller bearing structure offers superior rotation accuracy,y
RW adopts a double supported structure,with the spindle lubricated by grease. This one-time filling approach ensures a prolonged service life, eliminating the need for frequent oil replenishment.
RW: Features a gear box for RW spindle transmission, enhancing reliability and performance.
1.3 Feeding
The machine boasts a double-sided moving layout with the work rest securely fixed on the bed for stability.
The feed guide rail of the RW frame and GW frame is designed as a flat V-shaped plastered guide rail to ensure precision.
Both the RW frame and GW frame are powered by a servo motor with ball screws, guaranteeing a minimum feed of just 0.001m.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW (6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Incorporates a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail, ensuring smooth and precise movements.
The servo motor drives a ball screw for feeding and reciprocating action, achieving a minimum feed precision of 0.001mm.
RW dresser:
Equipped with a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail,and a servo motor that drives a ball screw for feeding and reciprocating,
ensuring a minimum feed precision of 0.001mm for high accuracy.
1.5. Cooling
The cooling system features a tank with a magnetic coolant separator and a paper tape filter to maintain optimal performance.
1.6. Electric
The control system leverages the Q series PLC system from Mitsubishi, offering advanced operational capabilities.
Customers have the flexibility to configure and purchase the system according to their specific needs, allowing for a tailored solution.
1.7. Special Configuration
Includes a sophisticated loading and unloading mechanism, a cantilever-type lifting device for handling both grinding and regulating wheels, and the SBS dynamic balancing system for the GW, ensuring seamless operations.
